Navigating Oral Surgery and Anaesthesia: Tips, Pitfalls, and Solutions

This practical, clinically focused course is designed to enhance the confidence and efficiency of dental practitioners performing oral surgery procedures and administering local anaesthesia. Through a combination of evidence-based insights and real-world clinical tips, participants will gain a deeper understanding of how to optimise surgical workflows, minimise complications, and improve patient outcomes.

Participants will gain a structured understanding of the management pathways for severe orofacial infections, including early recognition, appropriate intervention, and timely referral to prevent serious complications.

By integrating practical skills with critical clinical reasoning, this course empowers clinicians to navigate common challenges in oral surgery and anaesthesia with greater confidence, efficiency, and safety.
